1. General Rules
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
All bookings must be made under the member’s account.
Empire Studios reserves the right to update policies with prior notice.
2. Commitment
All paid memberships (Tier 1–3) require a minimum 3-month commitment.
After the first 3 months, memberships renew monthly until canceled.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
3. Hours & Usage
Each membership includes a fixed number of studio hours per month:
Tier 1: 4 hrs
Tier 2: 6 hrs
Tier 3: 8 hrs
Hours can only be used between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Out-of-hours bookings (before 10am or after 8pm) are deducted at double time.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
4. Booking Rules
All bookings must be made online via the Empire Studios system.
Full payment or available hours are required to confirm a booking.
Members may reschedule bookings with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made 7+ days in advance: full credit applied.
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice: partial credit may apply.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: no refund or credit.
5. File Delivery
Standard package: client must bring a USB-C 3.2 SSD.
Video+ and Memberships: cloud delivery within 48 hours included.
For 4K RAW transfers to SSD: additional 5–10 minutes session time required.
6. Conduct
Members and guests must treat the studio, staff, and equipment with respect.
Any damage or misuse will result in additional charges and possible membership suspension.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Empire Studios reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
7. Membership Suspension & Termination
Empire Studios may suspend or terminate memberships if:
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
Misuse or damage of equipment.
Breach of conduct policy.
Suspended members may lose unused hours without refund.
