Do I need any recording experience?+
Not at all. Every booking includes a professional studio engineer who handles the cameras, audio and lighting, so you can focus entirely on your conversation.
What's included with my booking?+
Every studio session includes professional cameras, microphones, lighting, audio recording, an experienced engineer and access to our purpose-built studio.
How many people can I record with?+
Our standard podcast setup accommodates up to four guests. If your project requires more people or a bespoke setup, get in touch before booking.
Can I customise the studio setup?+
Absolutely. Lighting colours, camera angles and seating layouts can all be tailored to match your brand or production style.
Do you offer video editing?+
Yes. We offer professional editing, colour grading, audio enhancement, thumbnails and social media clips through our production team. These can be added during booking or discussed afterwards.
How quickly will I receive my files?+
Raw recordings are typically delivered within 48 hours via secure cloud transfer. Edited projects are delivered according to the package you've selected.
Do I own my recordings?+
Yes. Everything we record belongs to you. You'll receive full ownership of your content once it's delivered.
Can I livestream from the studio?+
Yes. We can stream directly to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and other supported services. Contact us before your session if you require livestreaming.
Is parking available?+
Yes. Free parking is available on site, and the studio is just 10 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly Station.
Can I bring my own equipment?+
Of course. You're welcome to bring cameras, microphones, laptops or any other equipment you'd like to incorporate into your production.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Bookings can be rescheduled in line with our booking policy. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. Our memberships are designed for creators and businesses who produce content consistently, offering reduced hourly rates, priority booking and exclusive member benefits.

Where is the studio located?+
Empire Studios is based in Universal Square, Manchester, with excellent transport links and easy access from Manchester city centre.
How do I book?+
Choose your date, time and any optional extras through our online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive everything you need ahead of your session.
