Terms &
Studio Usage.

Invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours of invoice issue in order to secure and reserve the requested studio time slot.

Bookings will not be confirmed or permitted to commence until payment has been received in cleared funds. Empire Production Studios Ltd reserves the right to release or reallocate any unpaid booking after this 48-hour period without notice.

Empire Production Studios Ltd operates solely under its own Terms & Conditions. Any terms or conditions provided by the client shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by Empire Production Studios Ltd.

Empire Production Studios Ltd reserves the right to waive any of these terms at its discretion. Any such waiver shall apply only to the specific instance and shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce these terms in the future.

All studio memberships carry a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the date of purchase.

Monthly membership packages renew automatically on the date of purchase each month. Any unused member hours expire at each renewal and do not roll over into the following month.

One-time hour packages expire on the expiry date stated at the time of purchase. Expired hours are not refundable and cannot be reinstated.

Membership cancellation is available after the minimum three-month term with 30 days' written notice to contact@empirestudios.space.

Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge if the request is received at least forty-eight (48) hours before the booked start time, subject to availability. Requests inside 48 hours may be honoured at our discretion.

Cancellations made at least seven (7) days before the session start time are eligible for a full credit refund — cash refunds are not issued. Any paid balance is added to your account as prepaid studio credit (valid for 12 months); any member hours used are returned to your package.

Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the session start time are non-refundable and do not return credit. No-shows are treated as a full-price cancellation.

Studio membership hours do not carry over between billing cycles — unused hours expire at the end of each renewal period.

• Please arrive at your booked start time. Sessions end promptly at the booked end time to allow setup and turnover for the next client.
• The maximum guest count for each session type (2, 3 or 4 guests, or workshop configuration) must be respected. Additional guests cannot be accommodated on the day.
• Smoking, vaping and open flames are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Food and drink are welcome in the lounge area only and must not be brought around cameras, microphones or lighting equipment.
• Clients are liable for any damage caused to studio equipment, furniture or the premises by themselves or their guests during a session.
• Empire Production Studios Ltd may refuse service or terminate a session, without refund, in the event of unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or illegal conduct.
• Ownership of recorded content remains with the client. Empire Production Studios Ltd retains the right to use anonymised behind-the-scenes footage of the studio for its own marketing unless the client opts out in writing before the session.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
• Empire Production Studios Ltd is not liable for personal belongings left in the studio before, during or after a session.
