Do unused hours roll over?+
No — hours reset every renewal, so use them or lose them. Need more one month? Top up any time from your member dashboard.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
Yes — memberships run on a three-month minimum term, then continue month-to-month. Cancel any time after that with 30 days' notice.
Can I pause or downgrade?+
After the initial three months you can pause for one calendar month per year, or move down a tier at the next renewal. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Do peak hours cost extra?+
Member hours are flat — evenings and weekends draw from the same pool at the same rate. Overtime beyond your allowance is billed at the standard rate minus your tier's overtime discount.
How many guests can I bring?+
Up to four on-camera guests included as standard. Larger panels and workshop setups are available on request — just tell us on booking.
How is billing handled?+
Invoiced monthly in advance, payable within 48 hours to secure the coming month's hours. Card, bank transfer and business account all accepted.
